The only private information that we have about you is the information that you choose to give to us by filling our a form or providing feedback. We use the information you provide to process your requests for quotes, policy service, and so on. We may use this data for future mailings, both email and postal.

Information Gathering:

Insurance Portfolio Inc. logs general statistical information such as the domain name, IP address, and browser type of our site visitors through a site reporting tool that runs on our server. This information is used internally only to show activity and trends of our site usage. The log file information does not contain personally identifiable information, such as name, address, phone, etc.. We may share information about you in the normal business of conducting insurance operations such as providing you with an insurance quote. For example, for auto insurance, we routinely obtain a report of any accidents or convictions from the Ministry of Transportation.
