This program has been designed for IMA members engaged in providing property assessment and taxation services, and representation at property and taxation tribunals within the Province of Ontario. The program is competitive, provides superior service, and has been specially designed to meet the needs of the IMA membership.

The IMA has selected Insurance Portfolio Inc. as the insurance broker, and ENCON Insurance Managers as the underwriters for this program.

Some of the details of this coverage are as follows:

• Policy wordings compliant with the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) requirements.
• Exclusive and lowest premiums/rates.
• A 2-year policy.
• Flexibility of liability limits.
