About IPI:
Insurance Portfolio Inc. was founded in 1926 by
Philip Tyrwhitt, Senior. In 1977, Mr. Tyrwhitt
sold the business to his son,
Philip Tyrwhitt,
Junior. Nearly 30 years later,
Philip, along
with his wife,
Patricia, have built Insurance
Portfolio Inc. into what it is today.
Philip and
Patricia's children,
Jennifer and
Andrew, along
with
Jennifer's husband,
Chris, are looking
forward to taking this family run business into
it's third generation.Although
still a family run business, and a truly
independent insurance broker, Insurance
Portfolio Inc. has continued to expand while at
the same time provide the excellent service that
our clients have come to expect. Now employing
approximately 30 people, we serve over 10,000
Ontario residents and businesses with their
insurance requirements.
